Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Surgical Technology.
• Certification required as CST or TS-C.
• A minimum of 2 years of surgical technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and evaluate classroom and clinical instruction.
• Support orientation, ongoing educational needs and experiences in the Operating Room.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to attain quality and safe care outcomes.
• Serve as an educational consultant within the Operating Rooms and mentor staff.
