Qualifications

• Requires Certified Nursing Assistant certification issued by the State of Idaho.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification required at hire if ACLS/PALS not already current.
• Six months CNA experience in acute care preferred.
• Previous hospital or medical office experience preferred.
• Basic Medical Terminology and Anatomy; advanced classes preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical, receptionist, patient care, and patient service coordination duties to support clinical staff.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient information, messages, and documentation.
• Maintain Electronic Medical Records and facilitate smooth operation of the unit.
