Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room Circulator for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, Montana. The RN will manage intraoperative patient care, ensure adherence to AORN standards, and coordinate room workflow with surgeons, anesthesia, and staff.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred), MT RN licensure, ACLS/PALS certifications, and OR circulator experience. Occasional on-call duties and potential Scrub Nurse duties are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana or compact/endorsement eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care.
• Ensure safety interventions and documentation meet standards.
• Coordinate the OR workflow and sterile setup with team members.
• Provide direction to Surgical Technicians and related staff in the room.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and nurse leadership for outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours cases.
• Dual-function as Scrub Nurse when needed.
