Job summary

Northern Ohio Surgery Center in Cleveland, OH, is seeking an RN Circulator for Thursdays and as-needed hours to join the OR team delivering patient-centered surgical care. As a registered nurse, you'll monitor patients, manage equipment, and collaborate with surgeons and staff; CPR/PALS/ACLS as required, with at least one year in OR; orthopedic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with an active RN license.
• CPR and ACLS certification are required.
• Minimum 1 year of OR experience; orthopedic surgery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient throughout the surgical process.
• Manages monitoring equipment, fluids, drains and catheters as needed.
• Uses sound nursing judgment in emergencies and communicates needs clearly.
• Maintains CPR/PALS/ACLS certification as required.
• Makes independent clinical decisions and collaborates with the care team.
• Demonstrates teamwork and efficient use of time.
