Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking an RN Circulator in Cleveland, OH. The role involves direct nursing care during surgical cases, collaborating with the health care team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license, CPR and ACLS certifications, and at least 1 year in the OR. Orthopedic OR experience is preferred. Availability Thursdays and other days as needed.

Qualifications

• CPR and ACLS required.
• Minimum 1 year in the OR.
• Orthopedic surgery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient throughout the surgical process.
• Manages monitoring equipment, fluid lines, tubes, drains and catheters as needed, including support of operative extremity.
• Uses good judgement in determining appropriate nursing action and exhibits control in emergency situations.
• Successfully completes CPR/PALS/ACLS certification/recertification.
• Makes independent clinical decisions as appropriate regarding patient's need for nursing care and communicates same to appropriate personnel.
• Demonstrates a team player attitude and utilized work time efficiently.
