Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and monitor equipment.
• Document care promptly in the medical record and support audits.
• Engage in professional development and performance improvement initiatives.
• OR Services RN: provide perioperative care, scrubbing, and instrument handling.
