Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on assessment for Day Surgery RN, Circulating and/or Scrub RN, PACU RN.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines including transfer, discharge, and referrals.
• Identifies barriers to effective communication across psychosocial and cultural factors.
• Delivers patient/family education tailored to age, culture, and condition.
• Delegates care to ancillary personnel and may precept.
• Responds to emergencies per ACLS/PALS per policies.
