Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge in Naples, FL is seeking an Operating Room Circulator RN to join our OR team and support evening operations in a lead/charge capacity based on experience.

The RN provides patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes, manages medications, assists in procedures, and upholds infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care setting required.
• RN licensure and CPR/BCLS certifications required; ACLS/PALS preferred as per unit guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and policies.
• Conducts patient assessments and documents findings; communicates changes to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects; reports deviations.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency and scope.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards; participates in audits and quality improvement.
