Job summary

Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital is hiring an RN Circulator in the Operating Room.

Position supports orthopedic, neurological, general, vascular, gynecologic, urologic, ENT, and robotic services across 10 OR suites. Shift options include 6:30am–7:00pm on 12-hour blocks, with two weekend-based schedules and no on-call requirements. The hospital boasts a Best Regional Hospital award and a Best Place to Work in Healthcare designation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Utilizes information and assessment data to anticipate and respond with confidence and adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Coordinates the care and delegates as appropriate to other team members on a defined group of patients.
