Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks an OR Circulator Registered Nurse (Full-Time) to support patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases in the surgical setting.

Based in Mansfield, TX, the role requires an accredited nursing education with an active RN license and current BLS/ACLS credentials; you will assess, document, and coordinate care while supporting the surgical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Ability to perform pre-, intra-, and postoperative care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process across pre-, intra-, and postoperative phases.
• Assess, diagnose, and document patient outcomes; communicate to the care team.
• Anticipate surgeon’s needs and provide assistance during procedures.
• Ensure proper aseptic technique and accurate case counting.
• Document accurately in patient records and report pertinent information.

Essential Functions

The delivery of patient care through the framework of the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis and patient outcome) in the preoperative, interoperative and postoperative phase of the surgical patient.

Supervision received: Supervisor of Clinical Services.

Education / Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications.
