Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing with the state board.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of three years OR experience.
• Strong cognitive skills and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care before, during, and after a surgical procedure.
• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgeon and the surgical team during the operation.
• Maintain aseptic technique and monitor equipment for proper function.
• Record patient status and communicate updates clearly to the team.
