Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a registered nurse to provide comprehensive in-home nursing care in Minnesota. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient needs while delegating tasks to staff based on licensure and qualifications.

The role requires a BSN or ADN with current licensure, BLS within one month, and ACLS within one year if possible. OR experience is a plus, and the position offers flexibility and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires a BSN or ADN from an accredited institution, current nursing licensure in applicable states, and basic life support certification within one month.
• ACLS certification is preferred and must be obtained within one year.
• Previous OR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and delivers patient care, delegates appropriately, and supports a healthy work environment aligned with accreditation standards.
• Works primarily in a day shift rotation without weekend, holiday, or call responsibilities.
