Job summary

AlediumHR seeks an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to circulate across orthopedic, general, robotic, and select OB/GYN procedures at a western North Carolina hospital.

Join a community-based acute care setting backed by a national network, with five ORs and access to robotic technology. This on-site, day-shift role requires 2+ years in OR circulator duties and NC licensure, with competitive benefits and a focus on patient safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Surgery/Operating Room Circulating RN experience.
• Comfort circulating orthopedic and general surgery cases.
• Ability to circulate da Vinci robotic procedures and select OB/GYN cases.
• Current NC RN license or Compact license with NC privileges.
• BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in perioperative patient assessment and OR coordination.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and maintain sterile standards.
• Document care accurately and ensure safe, efficient case flow.
• Occasional support for Endoscopy and broader perioperative services.
