Job summary

Applicants must hold a Florida RN license (or compact licensure with active FL license within 60 days), have an ASN/ Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred) and at least 1 year of RN experience with BLS and strong critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license or compact licensure with active FL license within 60 days of hire.
• Nursing Diploma/ASN required; BSN preferred.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate intraoperative patient care.
• Assist surgeons during operative procedures.
• Maintain and review patient records including tests and results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Provide leadership to the nursing team during shift.
