Barnes-Jewish Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking a Full-Time OR Advanced Modality Technologist for the General Radiology unit on the Main Floor Plaza West Tower in St. Louis, MO.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and welcomes new grads, with a 3-day per week day shift (6:30am-7pm). Responsibilities include operating C-arms/O-arms, acquiring intra-op and post-op radiographic images using portable x-ray machines, and occasionally using Radlink.

Position Details:

• Day Shift: 3 days per week - Monday, Thursday, Friday (6:30am-7pm)

• Extra Holiday Pay: Earn top dollar when you work on your 3 required holidays each year - 1 major (Thanksgiving or Christmas) & 2 minor (all other holidays)
• 1 year OR experience preferred, not required
• Operate C-arms and O-arms
• Obtain intra-op and post-op radiographic images using portable x-ray machines
• Occasionally use the Radlink
• Work in a core group of OR Advanced Modality Technologist

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
