BARNES-JEWISH HOSPITAL in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Modality Technologist to prepare patients and equipment for high-end imaging procedures.

The role requires operating room C-Arm/O-Arm and portable X-ray machines, with coverage for portable and ED X-ray teams. Responsibilities include performing independent studies (scheduled and on-call) across multiple sites, ensuring imaging quality control, and maintaining a collaborative technologist team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• R.T.R. certification.
• 1 year OR (C-Arm) experience.
• Experience with C-Arm, Level 1/2 trauma, or OR imaging.
• Familiarity with CT, RT, X-ray, radiology or related imaging modalities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for advanced imaging procedures.
• Operate C-Arm, O-Arm, and portable X-ray machines in the operating room.
• Use Radlink in the OR and provide coverage to portable and ED X-ray teams.
• Perform studies independently—scheduled and on-call—across all patient sites requested.
• Ensure quality control of all imaging procedures and equipment.
• Maintain a warm, collaborative environment with the technologist team.
