Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receives patients for Optometry appointments and prepares them for examination, including retrieving patient information and relevant medical history.
• Performs routine vision screening and auxiliary testing including visual acuity testing, lensometry, color vision, resting and depth perception screening.
• Assists the provider during patient examinations by preparing equipment, positioning patients, obtaining supplies and entering information as directed. Also assists with scheduling and follow-up coordination and vision screening in schools.
