Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Establish long term patient relationships through care and education.
• Perform eye exams and analyze results.
• Diagnose sight problems and eye diseases.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contacts, and medications.
• Promote eye health and educate patients on lens options and coatings.
