LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to provide top-tier eye care and patient service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose conditions, and recommend appropriate eyewear solutions while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the MOD, SMM, and store team, ensuring excellent patient experiences and growth of the practice. Full-time schedule with relocation paths as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Optometric care following established protocols.
• Lead and collaborate with store team to achieve KPIs and brand standards.
• Provide patient-centric services and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain licensure and ongoing continuing education requirements.
• Mentor and train team members using company-provided programs.
