The candidate should be highly engaged, collaborative, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience while working with our retail team. Weekend availability is required (Sat & Sun).

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois Optometry license in good standing.
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Recommend lenses and vision solutions based on patient needs.
• Educate patients on eye health and vision correction options.
• Partner with the retail team to ensure a seamless handoff following each exam.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support patient retention and practice growth.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Uphold all state licensing and professional requirements.
