Job summary

W3Global is seeking an Optometrist to perform refractive surgery evaluations and provide comprehensive care for LASIK, PRK, SMILE, EVO ICL, and related procedures in Santa Clara and San Ramon, CA. The role requires a Doctor of Optometry, active CA license, and strong patient communication.

The candidate will work full-time, primarily in-clinic, with travel between locations as needed and mileage incentives for multi-site work.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active California optometry license.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual in Chinese or Vietnamese preferred.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform refractive surgery evaluations and assess candidates for LASIK, PRK, SMILE, EVO ICL, and RLE.
• Conduct diagnostic testing (refractions, IOP, topography, pachymetry, ocular surface).
• Develop individualized treatment plans from test results.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for refractive procedures.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Collaborate with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other staff.
• Travel between Santa Clara and San Ramon locations as required.
