Warby Parker is seeking a high-energy, innovative, and caring Optometrist to join one of its affiliated Independent OD practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional eye care in a collaborative environment, is a team player committed to exceeding patient expectations, and maintains a positive attitude.

What you’ll do:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams following company protocols and standards of care
• Provide a positive eye exam experience and communicate eye health, eyewear, and prescription advice effectively
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to patients
• Represent our brand and educate others to establish us as a leading eye care provider

Who you are:

• A Doctor of Optometry licensed in this state (new and recent grads are welcome)
• Excited by a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
