Warby Parker is seeking a high-energy, innovative, and caring Optometrist to join our affiliated Independent OD practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional eye care in a collaborative environment, with a team-oriented attitude that exceeds patient expectations.

• Perform comprehensive eye exams following company protocols and standards of care
• Provide excellent patient experiences and communicate eye health, eyewear, and prescription advice effectively
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to patients
• Represent our brand, educate, and motivate others to establish us as a leading eye care provider
