Compensation

The compensation target range for this role is: $14.50 - $17.00

The Sales Associate is motivated and positive. They drive sales by assisting customers with their buying experience. Must be a go-getter with persuasive communication skills and a drive to succeed. Will interface with customers, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the store.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating sales on the retail floor. Drive Personal Sales

• Provide an exceptional selling experience for all Purple customers to increase sales/KPIs
• Make strategic sales decisions aligned with Purple’s values
• Drive individual results through sales strategies to meet performance metrics
• Establish clear personal goals, take ownership of results, monitor progress, and track performance
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
