The role requires a Doctor of Optometry with a passion for quality care, strong communication, and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Doctor of Optometry degree and active licensure
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Proven problem solving ability
• Solid organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality Optometric care through established clinical protocols
• Lead patient interactions and ensure excellent service standards
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM and store team to meet KPIs
• Maintain licensure and participate in Continuing Education
• Supervise and train team members as needed
• Uphold brand standards and patient-first culture
