Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization in delivering the brand promise and patient care.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM and team to maximize results.
• Provide high-quality optometric care following clinical protocols.
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op surgical needs (if applicable).
• Deliver outstanding patient service and manage KPI performance.
