Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads in delivering high quality optometric care and drives KPI performance in collaboration with MOD and store team.
• Supports medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op surgical activities as applicable.
• Promotes LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider within the community.
• Provides training and guidance to team members on company programs and service standards.
• Delivers exceptional patient service and builds strong doctor-patient relationships.
