The role emphasizes maintaining licensure, leveraging technology, and training staff to uphold LensCrafters’ standards of care across the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry credential and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality eye care as a clinical leader in the store.
• Partner with MOD, SMM and team to drive KPI performance.
• Provide exceptional patient service and establish trust with patients.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient vision and eye health.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Lead, train and guide team members to deliver brand standards.
