Job summary

EssilorLuxottica via Target Optical in Henderson, NV seeks an Associate Optometrist (OD) to ensure the highest quality eye care and patient well-being. You will examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the visual system as a key leader within the practice.

You will collaborate with the practice team to deliver brand promises, enhance patient experiences, and support growth while adhering to clinical protocols and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize and effectively leverage available technology to deliver superior patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Target Optical Field Leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance expectations.
• Help promote the brand as the leading optical provider in the community.
