Job summary

Target Optical in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care and patient education in a busy retail optical setting. You will examine, diagnose, treat and manage refractive and ocular conditions while upholding clinical standards and the brand promise.

You will collaborate with store teams and Field Leadership to ensure outstanding patient experiences, maintain accurate records, stay current with optometric technology, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage available technology to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain the office quality systems and drive KPI performance.
