Maintain state licensure, participate in continuing education, train team members, and nurture positive doctor-patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality Optometric care and follows clinical protocols.
• Manages KPI performance and drives growth with store team.
