This is a non-treating, non-determination role focused solely on assessments, including in-person eye exams and Visual Field Testing. Review medical records via secure portals, document findings, and complete VA forms, with malpractice coverage and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Holds an active Optometry license.
• Proficient in Visual Field Testing (VFT).
• Comfortable using technology to review records and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
• Review and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
• Perform thorough eye exams, including Visual Field Testing (VFT).
• Accurately document exam findings and complete the required VA forms.
