MRG Exams is seeking an Optometrist to perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA benefits process. This is a non-treating, non-determination role focused solely on assessments.

The position involves analyzing medical records, conducting comprehensive eye exams with VFT, and documenting findings for VA forms. Training and ongoing support are provided, with a predictable schedule and no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Optometry license is required.
• Experience with Visual Field Testing (VFT) is preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and web-based portals is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
• Review and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
• Perform comprehensive eye exams, including Visual Field Testing (VFT).
