The Prevention of Blindness Society of Metropolitan Washington (POB) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the improvement and preservation of sight by providing services, education, advocacy, and innovation. POB programs address vision health equity in the D.C. Metropolitan community. We are expanding vision care services to our community and are seeking a part‑time skilled Optometrist to work in the D.C. and Prince George’s County elementary schools providing exceptional eye care services to underserved students.
• Hours: 8‑16 hours per week – 100% mobile travel required.
• Pay: $100 per hour.
