HealthDrive seeks an Optometrist to cover the greater Cincinnati-Dayton, OH area in part-time or full-time roles. You will provide on-site optometry services in nursing homes and long-term care facilities with a mobile model requiring daily travel.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry (OD) and state professional license required.
• Driver’s license and TPA/Legend Drug Certificate preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general optometry services to residents of nursing homes and facilities.
• Diagnose and treat refractive and ocular disorders with clinical documentation.
• Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities for mobile care.
