Sun State Eye Care is seeking an Optometrist in Phoenix, AZ to provide full-scope eye care with a focus on personalized patient care. The role offers a collaborative team environment and the flexibility of a 21–36 hour weekly schedule, with opportunities to grow in ocular aesthetics and vision therapy as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• Qualified optometrist with licensure to practice in Arizona.
• Experience in binocular vision and ocular disease is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, including diagnosing and managing ocular conditions.
• Prescribe eyewear and fit contact lenses; deliver medical eye care within the Arizona scope of practice.
• Educate patients, coordinate care with other providers, maintain EMR, and work with a collaborative team on a 21–36 hour weekly schedule.
