Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker retail location. You’ll practice under the supervising optometrist(s) and work with a team to provide exceptional clinical care and a best-in-class patient experience.

You will perform comprehensive eye exams, prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions, and contribute to the growth of the eye exam business while maintaining accurate medical records and licensure

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry license in the practicing state.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
• Willingness to adopt new technology and innovations in eye care.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations following clinical protocols.
• Partner with the store team to create an exceptional patient experience and grow the eye exam business.
• Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions while educating patients on options and care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulatory standards and practice protocols.
• Maintain State Licensure and complete Continuing Education requirements.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by educating patients and team members about eye care.
