Warby Parker is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care at an affiliated independent practice located near a Warby Parker location. You’ll work under clinical direction, delivering high-quality exams and building strong patient relationships in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

You will collaborate with the store team to grow the eye exam business, prescribe eyewear and contacts, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Optometry licensed in the state where you practice, in good standing.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's LEIE list and not excluded from government programs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with modern exam workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per clinical standards.
• Collaborate with store team to deliver exceptional patient experience and grow the eye exam business.
• Prescribe eyewear and contact lenses; diagnose and manage refractive and ocular health conditions.
• Educate patients on options and coach team to support patients throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulatory standards and licensure requirements.
• Utilize EMR tools and digital exam lanes to streamline care and enhance patient experience.
