Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking an Optometrist to join our Eye team as a Clinic Float. This full-time role involves float assignments across multiple clinics in Minnesota, with a Monday–Friday schedule and one Saturday half-day per month.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Optometry, at least two years of related experience, and Minnesota licensure. You will provide high-quality eye care while adhering to NCQA credentialing guidelines and Park Nicollet standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry from an accredited school.
• Two or more years related optometric experience.
• Must maintain Minnesota optometry licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the Eye Department, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation of visual efficiency and eye health.
• Prescribe corrective lenses, vision therapy, environmental modifications, and medications as allowed by state law.
• Collaborate with the Eye team to deliver personalized care aligned with Park Nicollet standards.
