Job summary

HealthPartners in Minnesota seeks an Optometrist to join the Eye Department as a Clinic Float. You will deliver direct patient care across multiple clinics, perform assessments, prescribe lenses, and manage eye health per state standards. Requires Doctor of Optometry with MN licensure and at least two years of optometric experience.

Travel to sites including St. Louis Park, Minneapolis, Brookdale, Golden Valley, and others; full-time, 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday with one half-day Saturday clinic per

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited school
• Minnesota license required and NCQA credentialing
• Two or more years optometric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the Eye Department across clinics
• Prescribe corrective lenses and manage eye health per state standards
• Administer vision therapy, environmental modifications, and medications as allowed
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high-quality patient care and SHINES standards
