Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a licensed Optometrist to work full-time (4 days per week) in the Greater Eau Claire & La Crosse, WI area, serving residents in nursing facilities and long-term care centers. You will provide comprehensive eye care, diagnose ocular and refractive conditions, and manage patient records in our EMR system.

Daily travel to facilities is required. The role offers competitive compensation with generous benefits, 100% malpractice coverage, and an established patient base.

Qualifications

• OD degree required and active state license.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Proficiency with email and basic healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Provide general optometry services to residents in nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
• Diagnose and treat refractive and ocular disorders.
• Document patient information in EMR and manage care plans.
