Job description

Job Title: Mobile Optometrist

We are seeking a Mobile Optometrist to join our team and provide excellent eye care to our patients. This opportunity is suitable for both new graduates and experienced physicians. As an Aria Care Partners Optometrist, your responsibilities include servicing patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities within your area, delivering clinical services, and managing routine, acute, and chronic eye diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct eye exams using mobile optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results.
2. Diagnose and treat ocular diseases.
3. Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses.
4. Recommend follow-up care and treatment options.
5. Educate patients, families, and facility staff about vision and optical concerns.
6. Deliver outstanding customer service.
7. Support the development of the service.

Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling from as little as a couple of times per month to one day per week, tailored to your availability.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Production-based model with a guaranteed minimum per day.
• Time and mileage reimbursement for travel to facilities.
• Sign-on bonus available.

Location: This role covers your home market with travel up to a 3-hour radius. For locations beyond 2.5 hours, overnight lodging and meals are provided, along with mileage reimbursement and paid travel time.
