Job summary

Evergreen Eye Center in Seattle is seeking a fellowship-trained optometrist to join a large ophthalmic network. You will co-manage medically complex cases with ophthalmic surgeons and a team of specialists, delivering comprehensive care within a modern, integrated practice.

As part of the Comprehensive EyeCare Partners enterprise, you’ll enjoy robust clinical resources, an efficient ModMed-based EMR on iPads, and strong operational support.

Qualifications

• Residency trained (or equivalent experience) in medical optometry.
• Ability to co-manage with ophthalmic surgeons and specialists.
• Experience caring for medically complex patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ophthalmic surgeons and specialists to provide coordinated patient care.
• Co-manage complex patients within an integrated optometry network.
• Engage in clinical workflows and EMR documentation using ModMed on iPads.
