Northwest Eye Surgeons - Mt Vernon is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our Washington team in a high-level medical optometry and surgical co-management role.

We offer a strong production model with up to $200,000 earnings, modern clinics with advanced diagnostics, and excellent support staff to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited program and Washington license.
• Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management.
• Patient-first mindset and strong communication with patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical eye exams.
• Provide pre- and post-op cataract and glaucoma care.
• Co-manage patients in a collaborative MD/OD model.
• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently in EMR.
• Participate in CE and ongoing training.
