Eye Associates Northwest in Seattle seeks a fellowship-trained glaucoma surgeon to join a collaborative, high-volume ophthalmology team. The role offers operating within enterprise-owned ASCs, with support to deliver comprehensive glaucoma care, cataracts, and related services.

The successful candidate will work alongside a fellowship-trained glaucoma surgeon, benefit from strong marketing support, and enjoy a transparent path toward growth and equity within the Comprehensive EyeCare Partners

• Eye Associates NW is part of the Comprehensive Eyecare Partners enterprise, alongside Evergreen Eye Center and the Retina Institute of Washington- collectively forming the largest ophthalmic group in Washington State, providing scale, market presence, and access to preferred payor contracts. • Operate within the enterprise-owned, single-specialty ASCs, designed for efficiency and surgeon autonomy- supporting predictable block time, optimized case flow, and strong procedural economics.
• Supported by a highly sophisticated marketing team dedicated to fueling patient demand, supporting surgical growth, and accelerates surgeon ramp-up from day one.
• Dedicated, in-market Physician Liaison support to cultivate optometric partnerships and sustaining high-quality referral networks.
