Innovent Global, Inc. is seeking a PA licensed Optometrist (OD) to join a well-established optometry practice serving long-term care and skilled nursing facilities in the Philadelphia area.

The role offers clinical autonomy with a daytime schedule and solid support, enabling a strong work-life balance. You will perform comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage ocular diseases, prescribe lenses, educate patients and staff, and document encounters in EMR/EHR.

• OD required with PA license and NBEO certification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations in long-term care facilities.

We are seeking a PA licensed Optometrist (OD) to join a well-established, multi-state optometry practice providing high-quality eye care to patients in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities throughout the Philadelphia area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities
• Diagnose, manage, and treat ocular diseases and visual disorders
• Prescribe corrective lenses and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and facility staff on preventive eye health and vision care
• Document all patient encounters accurately using EMR/EHR systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Territory: Philadelphia (local travel within the region)
• Facility Visits: 1–2 facilities per day
• Facility Size: 80–150 beds
• Billing: Medicare and private insurance
• Travel: Required within assigned territory (all expenses reimbursed)

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution
• Active PA Optometry License (required)
• Licensed through the National Board of Examiners in Optometry
• Strong clinical judgment with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a mobile care environment
