A well-established, multi-location optometric practice is seeking a motivated associate optometrist to join their dynamic team. • Known for delivering personalized, patient-centered care with a strong referral network of doctors, hospitals, and specialists

Role Details:

• Schedule: Flexible part-time
• Patient flow: Typically two patients per hour, with 15-minute emergency visits, 30-minute routine exams, and 45-minute appointments for complex/new patients
• Compensation: $70/hour or $650 per diem plus 1% of gross, with increasing percentages for every $200,000 generated per quarter
