Job Opportunity: Optometrist at Advanced Eyecare of New York

Advanced Eyecare of New York has partnered with iHire to find talented professionals for their team. We are a specialized glaucoma and cataract medical and surgical eyecare practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and customer service. We are seeking a qualified Optometrist to join our team. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive eye exams, refraction, dilation, visual field tests, OCT, UBM, punctal plugs, and contact lens examinations. Providing excellent customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Test patient vision
• Analyze test data or images for diagnosis or treatment
• Develop medical treatment plans
• Fit eyeglasses, contact lenses, or other vision aids
• Prescribe medications
• Conduct tests such as Goldmann applanation and Gonioscopy

Qualifications

• Optometrist Degree
• Ability to prescribe medications in New York State
