Job summary

360care is seeking a compassionate Optometrist to provide services to geriatric and underserved communities. You will travel to nursing facilities, conduct eye exams, and treat ocular diseases with support and modern equipment.

This role as a 1099 Independent Contractor offers flexibility without evening and weekend work, focusing on patient care while administrative tasks are managed by our team.

• Active State License.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results.
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases.
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses.
• Recommend follow up care and treatments.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical protocols and concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service through patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry Degree
• Active State License
