Job summary

Swift, managed by MedElite, seeks a compassionate Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care in long-term care facilities at our Barre, VT location. You will conduct routine exams, dilated exams, and diabetic evaluations, treating infections and ocular disease while serving an aging population.

Licensure as a Doctor of Optometry and a DEA license are required. Prior experience with geriatric patients is a plus and you will join a dedicated healthcare team.
